COMPLETEDConstruction of a new church at the corner of Maine Ave and 7th Street SW for the use of Riverside Baptist Church. The Church structure will be adjoined to the Residential structure on the same lot and share an underground parking garage. The Church structure will house an A-3 occupancy and be Type IIB construction. It consists of a two-story above grade facility with a cellar level which connects to the shared parking garage. The first floor provides for general assembly and support facilities and the second floor is dominated by the worship space.
