1 Customer Service

Every company promises great customer service, no matter what the industry. But for one reason or another, when you need assistance, have questions or want to check on your order, promised customer service isn’t always available.

At Koydol, we do our best to be different. We aim to keep this promise by trying to respond to all your requests in the most efficient manner possible, being communicative and honest, and by continually keeping our sales staff abreast of the industry through training. While we can’t guarantee perfection all the time, we can promise that we will always try.

2 Quality Assurance and Control

Our main goal is customer satisfaction, and we recognize that strict and efficient quality assurance is key to achieving this. As we’ve grown as an organization and gained more industry insight, we have refined our processes and infrastructure to offer top-of-the-line quality control.

All divisions of Koydol have dedicated Quality Assurance teams and Quality Control teams made up of highly trained specialists who monitor both the product and the process with a hawk’s eye. Members of our task force are stationed at all key locations to supervise the manufacturing process and ensure that only the best product leaves the facility.

Moreover, we conduct strict quality checks at various stages, and ensure that all our locations utilize the latest equipment to test intermediate and final products.
